Havre Historic Properties, owners of Havre Historic Post Office, purchased this building at the end of 2015. They saw the beauty and potential in the building and wanted to be there first hand to see the building reach its potential. UPDATE: We just go approval do to a Vendor Fair Dec 1 at the SUB. I'm modifying the forms and will hopefully get them emailed to our regulars today. We have some duplicate companies amongst our regulars due to multiple weekends in the past so it will be on first come basis. We also have more spots with this venue so spread the word!! Unfortunately we will not be able to host vendor fairs. We discovered this week that the timing just doesn’t work out with the work that needs to be done in the space. Hayley Yost (event manager) is trying to get information together and is looking into hosting a vendor event elsewhere. If that happens, forms will be sent to our regular vendors. We will share that information with you as soon as we know if she’s found a space and date.

Just a little note...we love letting the public use different spaces in the building for different occasions (parties, weddings, photography sessions) but it is a privately owned building. You must ask permission to use spaces in the buildings (yes even the lobby and stairwells even if it’s “just for a few pictures”) and they typically have to be charged for. We have to make sure someone is available to be with you in the building, lock and unlock doors, and ensure there aren’t conflicts for usage (we do have to respect the businesses that are renting space from us) We can’t typically help you with less than 24 hours notice and if we’re busy or if we just say no, please respect that. We want to be able to keep allowing people to use the spaces in the buildings for photos, receptions, etc. but can’t if people aren’t respectful of our space and time. Please also be respectful of our owners. The number to contact us to use the building is 390-2514 and we ask that you use this number. Thank you for all your support!!

We’re getting excited for our opening day this Saturday. We have been closed since the flood on the January 14th.

Come check out our new setup in the 305 Building on 3rd Ave for our Survivors Party... This temporary location is pretty nifty!!
