There's just something about having the "little reminders" around our home, that make the intricacies of crafting so important. This glass pitcher was given to my husband and I at our Bridal Shower, by his Grandmother. I always kept it in a cabinet where I knew it'd be safe, and untouched. But what's the point of that, other than letting it collect dust?

I started to branch out from my usual t-shirt making and learned more about permanent vinyl and tracing images in the .inc program - specifically signatures from cards I received from loved ones over the years. This little extra touch from Gram's signature, on the pitcher she gave us, just gives a beautiful little reminder of her of daily. And I now have it on display in our kitchen, instead of tucked away 🥰🍋

Or, the perfect Father/Son combo to celebrate Valentine's Day! Even better when I get to collaborate with to pull it all together! Let's just say, working with a pre-made custom designed SVG file from my sister in law, versus creating from scratch, saved hours of daylight! That's my own favorite crafting love story 😘

There's no better time to turn a new page, to start fresh-- than the beginning of a New Year. And after much back and forth on looking to revamp my original name and logo - a hysterical realization came about to the image I was previously using.

The quick back story about "The Coordinating Sparrow" being picked as my initial name, was sentimental to the first big trip my husband and I took together. He bought me a ceramic souvenir of the bird that meant so much to the country of Portugal ......jump forward to 4 years later, and guess what guys? A Sparrow and a Swallow are two VERY different looking birds 😂

But for the past year and a half, the tagline I should of been using was staring me right in the face. In every email signature, in every response, a hundred times a day at my actual day job - 𝙔𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙨 𝙞𝙣 𝘾𝙚𝙡𝙚𝙗𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣. It's something I added to brighten my boring corporate emails, and bring smiles to countless people's faces - and that's what I want to continue to do as I create. No real changes other than that - just a girl sharing her love of craft and chaos ☺️❤️

The world of Harry Potter is a different kind of love that I never knew could exist. It has been a constant in my life since fifth grade and it's a feeling of home every time I speak about it, read it, or see it. And the coming of a friend's new little one is an entirely new experience, with just as much of a magically abundant amount of love, too ..... And vomit. And p**p. And all of the other things. But ultimately, love. Can't wait to meet the little one, you are already so loved! ✨❤️⚡

Each time I create, I love the new design better than anything I have done before ...but keeping this project for my best friends 🎀wrapped up🎀, was no easy task this Holiday season! How can one not want to shout out loudly, "MY BEST FRIENDS ARE HAVING A BABY!"
