I, David Guarnieri, have over 20 years of culinary experience working in many different facets of the industry, from restaurant kitchens to corporate settings. Starting something of my own has been a dream since the beginning. To me, cooking is as natural as breathing. I started cooking at a very young age with my gran

dmothers and parents. I followed in my brother's footsteps and entered the culinary world and worked my way up from bus boy to executive chef. I am very passionate about food and how it is prepared. I put my heart and soul into every dish. Seeing people smile after eating items I have cooked is one of the main reasons I love what I do. Top Cut is more than your typical catering company. We offer weekly meal prep, extravagant Charcuterie boards and appetizers, as well as catering for small dinner parties and large events.
