When we opened the doors to The Studio Downtown, the dream wasn't just to provide four walls and a roof. The goal was to create a warm, stress-free gathering place where our community could celebrate life’s biggest and sweetest moments—without the chaos, clutter, or overwhelm.

In search of team of 2 for dish washing shift at Schaar's Bluff on 9/25
We are hosting our wedding at the Schaar's Bluff Gathering Center on Friday, September 25. We are in search of a team of 2 trusted young people to help bus, and then wash and pack the plates, cups, and flatware from our dinner service for 45 people. Our pay rate is $50/hour per person, and we are looking for a team available from 6:30-9:00pm. Please contact Kelsey Larson at [email protected] for further information!

We absolutely loved hosting this beautiful blush and gold-themed shower! One of the biggest reasons hosts love booking The Studio Downtown for showers is our ultimate flexibility when it comes to food and drinks.

You have the total freedom to bring in your own catering, potluck dishes, or favorite local take-out. Even better? You can provide your own ch*****ne and w**e! We do not require a licensed bartender if you are providing alcohol directly to your guests (a bartender is only needed if you are having a cash bar or selling alcohol).

50 looks fabulous! We absolutely loved hosting this recent birthday celebration.

When you are celebrating a major milestone, you shouldn't have to spend the day stressing about cleaning your house or worrying if you have enough chairs. At The Studio Downtown, you get a beautiful, private space right here in Hastings that’s perfectly sized for your closest friends and family. We provide the tables, chairs, and sound system, so you can just focus on toasting the guest of honor!

Throwing it back to all the chain-crashing, birdie-celebrating fun from last year! 🎥 We had such an amazing turnout, and we are officially gearing up for the 3rd Annual Disc Golf Tournament during Rivertown Days!

If last year was any indication, this is going to be our biggest one yet. The course is calling!
