When I first walked through these doors, I didn't just see a building...
I saw possibility.
This building has worn many hats over the years.
💎 It began as a jewelry store.
🛍️ Later, it became a vendor marketplace filled with local treasures.
🌸 When I purchased it, I had the joy of transforming it into Sunnybell Florist & Gift Shoppe, where flowers, gifts, and countless celebrations began.
🥂 More recently, it blossomed again as The Venue at Sunnybell, welcoming weddings, showers, markets, Plant Bingo, and community gatherings.
Every chapter has been different.
Every chapter has mattered.
Now...
It's time for someone else to dream.
Whether you envision a boutique, coffee shop, restaurant, bakery, offices, creative studio, or something entirely new...
This building is ready for its next story.

A Pack & Ship/Mail Center.
With the growing number of people needing private mailboxes, copying, printing, shipping, and package services, could Haskell benefit from something like this?

🌸 Dream with us for a moment...
One of the things I love most about The Venue at Sunnybell is hearing people's creative ideas.
During our recent Open House, visitors shared some wonderful possibilities for this beautiful downtown building.

🌿 PLANT BINGO was a SUCCESS! 🌿
What a fun night! We had 28 wonderful people join us for an evening of plants, bingo, food, laughter, and a whole lot of fun at The Venue at Sunnybell. 🪴💕
A huge thank you to Carla Hannsz & Pat Burke Jenkins with South 40 for bringing the delicious food and helping make the evening such a success, and to Maria Rich DoByns with Brays & Brews LLC for being part of our little collaboration. We missed Maria tonight because she wasn’t feeling well—and sadly that meant our much-anticipated donkey greeter had to stay home, too! 🫏😂 Thank you Dynee Dewveall for stepping up and helping me out 🥰
Most of all, thank you to everyone who came, played, laughed, ate, won plants, supported local businesses, and made the evening so much fun.
And to the sweet friends who jumped in afterward and helped fold tables, stack chairs and put everything back together—you have NO IDEA how much this tired girl appreciated you. 💗
Several people asked the question of the night:
“When are you doing Plant Bingo again?”
Apparently that's the sign of a successful event. 😂🌿
