Keeping in harmony with nature, Nagelkirk Gardens has been offering a variety of plants to nourish the body, soul, and whatever space they occupy since 1988. Our owner Steve Nagelkirk used to own Nagelkirk Fruit Market, which included a small nursery section for plants and shrubs. He began a natural evolution from produce market to landscape and lawncare after studying landscape design at Michigan State University, and now found his way back to nursery and plants. Today, he remains true to his roots by offering plants and landscaping for residential and commercial settings. Our staff is extremely knowledgeable about care and conditions, so rest assured you’ll never leave with a flower that won’t flourish.

String of hearts are beautiful, low maintenance plants, and have the longest cascades of lil hearts 💕
Plus whenever they get leggy, just give ‘em a chop and they’ll grow back fuller! 🌱

The mums are about to POP! The 8 inch pots look double the size! Everyone keeps asking “why are they so big?”… because we grew them ourselves! They weren’t grown to be small & stocked onto a semi truck to be shipped all over the place. Local is better 🙌
