Our Lead Farmer Ariel has been growing our crops organically for years. Last year, we decided to make it official and undergo the incredibly lengthy, rigorous certification process.
Getting this seal of approval involved Ariel’s meticulous management of every single step in our growing process. Her every move of a tray, every use of a specific seed variety, and every timed washing and drying is now fully documented and certified.
