The Play That Goes Wrong By Henry Lewis, Henry Shields, and Jonathan Sayer is “comic gold” (Variety), winning awards around the world, including the Olivier Award for Best New Comedy plus a Tony Award for Best Scenic Design. A 1920s whodunit, The Play That Goes Wrong has everything you never wanted in a show—an unconscious leading lady, a co**se that can’t play dead, and actors who trip over everything (including their lines). These accident-prone characters battle against all odds to make it through to their final curtain call, with hilarious consequences! “You’ll never have a better time in a theater!” (Forbes). Features students from JMU’s School of Theatre and Dance.
