Typical 4 hour weekend rental rates run $300-$350 which include your cleaning fee. Weekday rates quoted upon request

Seating for approximately 60 with capacity of 85

Bring your own food & drinks or we can suggest catering options

Commercial grade wifi, smart tv's, surround sound system

Kitchen features oven, microwave, full size refrigerator/freezer, ice maker, water cooler, coffee, cookware, serving ware, basic cleaning supplies

Unisex bathroom stocked with paper supplies

Rental Before 4pm (latest check out time) $300
Rental After 6pm (earliest check in time) $350

All day/eve rental normally $450, will DISCOUNT to $400
