Kirby Manor rents for $35. An hour with a 3 hour minimum. This includes the bottom floor of the building, two restrooms, working kitchen and all tables and chairs.

White formal table cloths are $10 each, or you may bring your own.

Silver service package includes punch bowls and cups, silver coffee urn and silver trays, apothecary beverage jar and pedestal pieces. $70. Or you can bring your own.

White China and stemware silverware and cloth napkin $1. Per place setting, or bring your own.

Add the Bridal changing room, styling room or carriage house for a flat $35. Each.

There is an entire day rate that includes all the above for $600. Plus tax. 8am to 11pm
