Rustic venue for weddings, parties, proms, showers, banquets, corporate events, reunions, church retreats, or any special occasion to make your event memorable! Weddings run between $2,000 and $3,000 with a non-refundable $500 deposit to hold your date. Cleaning and damage deposits of $500 each are required but will be refunded upon inspection and approval of the grounds. Let me begin by saying, after 10 years of having the barn we have had next to zero problems with our venue and the people who rent it…not zero 🤣, but almost! We call that a win! We are a barn—not bougie, we do not advertise as such—we do this more for fun than an income! It’s open, rustic, we do whatever needs to be done to help you when things are forgotten, especially for weddings, because we all know that’s stressful enough on its own! We do not impose a lot of rules, we don’t micromanage your every move—we want it to be an enjoyable experience! If it’s the venue for you—awesome! If not—it’s all good too! BUT ( you knew it was coming!) when people steal our decor off the walls, or our porch, or our old car—it infuriates me! If it’s something you want—ask for it! If it’s an accident, bring it back! If you break something—no biggie—but at least tell us! We have replaced hundreds of kitchen knives, screwdrivers, hammers, microphones for the speaker, brooms, cords—small things! And that’s ok because I know those things usually get thrown in people’s vehicles when they’re cleaning up accidentally! Just part of the business! BUT—If I catch you stealing from our venue maliciously you will be banned—and probably called out for it! Stealing is not something I will put up with! We are laid back and easy to get along with—til I catch you stealing!

A big thank you to everyone who has walked through the big ole barn doors! We look forward to seeing you again and look forward to meeting new people! ❤️

Hello friends—a little reminder for people that may forget a small business is still a business. If you reserve our barn months, or even weeks ahead of time and you change your number, ignore our attempts to reach out on fb, then decide to call us the night before or just show up—this is your notice that it may be rented to someone else! Especially if you have an attitude—I will not put up with rudeness or disrespect! Communication is important!!

We go out of our way to accommodate everyone, give you freedom to do as you want (within reason) at our place and keep our prices low because we want everyone to have a great time while they’re here! We don’t strap you down with a bunch of rules because we are about the fun, not the stress! We have had almost zero 🤪 bad experiences throughout our years of having the barn! Let’s keep that trend going!

Our barn isn’t for everyone but if you rent it, we do everything we can to make sure you have a great experience! So please be respectful of our business and any other business in town for that matter!

This is our 10th year of doing this and it has been so much fun with so many different events! We appreciate every single person that has entered our doors—and we look forward to many more events!

Our Story

Rustic venue for weddings, parties, proms, showers, banquets, corporate events, reunions, church retreats, or any special occasion to make your event memorable! We offer two different wedding packages! The full package is $3,000 and includes access to the barn for your entire wedding day, as well as ample time the day before for set-up. The mini package is $2,000 and includes access to the barn for 6 hours on the day of your wedding; this time includes both set-up and your event. We will also give you 2 hours the day before for set-up.

Both packages require a non-refundable $500 deposit to hold your date. (Deposit will go towards the total fee.) Cleaning and damage deposits of $500 each are also required but will be refunded upon inspection and approval of the grounds. All money is due 30 days prior to the event date.

Other events will be charged at an hourly rate, depending on the event type. Please call us for specific pricing information. For events that last less than 4 hours, cleaning and damage deposits of $100 each are required. For events that last more than 4 hours, cleaning and damage deposits of $200 each are required. Deposits will be refunded upon inspection and approval of the grounds. All money is due 30 days prior to the event date.

Copper Rock Barn is the perfect venue to accomodate most needs for your event. We have 3,000 square feet of space, plus 5 acres outside. Inside, we have bathrooms and dressing rooms that are heated/cooled. The barn is open air but you are welcome to bring in heaters or fans. There is also a kitchenette, which has a sink and refrigerator. You can bring in warmers, crockpots, etc. if needed.
