We are hiring! This is our secondary business, our Venue.
Hiring for part-time Cleaning/Venue Assistant. This position can be flexible. 15 to 25 hours per week (depends on our needs each week). Pay rate is $18 - $20 per hour, depending on experience. Cleaning and Event experience preferred.
Typical workday can be 5-6 hours on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays (at times others days MAY be needed). We can be flexible on your work timing between the hours of 8am-4pm on the above days listed. If you prefer 8 hours in a day, we can work with this as well. Some Sunday mornings (as early as 6am, at times) will be required.
YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE AVAILABLE ALL DAYS LISTED. WE ARE REASONABLY FLEXIBLE. REACH OUT, IF INTERESTED, AND WE'LL TALK.
The position consists of cleaning the Venue, office area, table linens, dinnerware, decor, rental chairs, chair cushions, etc. It also includes setting up and decorating our Venue. The position MAY become helping in the office and meeting with clients (depending on our needs and your abilities).
We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who works well with others. We are a small family business and those who are not family are treated like it. If you have only worked for corporations, this job may not be for you. Relaxed atmosphere with loyal employees who have been with us.
The position is physically demanding. Requires lifting up to 30lbs and standing/walking for long periods of time. Requires bending, squatting, reaching and climbing stairs.
