Meet the judges for the 2025 All-American and Premier National Junior Shows! 🙌💫

Next up, is Tyler Reynolds of Corfu, New York who will be judging the All-American Red and White Show.

Tyler Reynolds farms in Corfu, NY with his family at Reyncrest Farm. They milk 1,600 Holsteins and farm 2,700 acres. The Reynolds also have 40 head of show cattle. Reyncrest has been named premier breeder or exhibitor 6 times at National Holstein Shows in the last 5 years.

At World Dairy Expo they were the premier breeder and exhibitor of the Holstein heifer show in 2019 and premier exhibitor in 2021, along with premier breeder at the heifer show at the Royal Winter Fair in 2019. Reyncrest has bred, owned, or sold 40 All American Nominations in the past 5 years in the Holstein, Red & White and Jersey breeds. Tyler & Kelly along with his siblings Andy and Mackenzie were named HAUSA Outstanding Young Breeders in 2021.

Tyler was the associate judge for the 2021 International Holstein Junior Show at World Dairy Expo and has judged in NY, PA, WI, New England, FL, MI, ME, CA, IA, and Ontario. Tyler judged the All-American Jersey Show and Premier National Junior Holstein Show in 2022. He and his wife Kelly have 2 daughters, Cannyn and Saylor.

Meet the judges for the 2025 All-American and Premier National Junior Shows! 🙌💫

Next up, is longtime leader in the Jersey breed, Ron Mosser of Geneva, Indiana who will be judging the Premier National Junior Jersey Show.

Ron is an accomplished judge of all breeds of dairy cattle. He has judged numerous shows at the national level including the National Jersey Jug Futurity in 2024. He has also judged multiple breeds at the World Dairy Expo and the Eastern States Exposition. He has judged internationally in Argentina, Canada, Colombia, Ecuador, Guatemala and Brazil. Not to mention the many local and state fairs he has had the honor of judging.

He and his family have competed for decades in the All American Jersey Show, World Dairy Expo, PA-All American Jersey Show and other state and regional shows with their Pleasant Ridge Jersey herd.

In addition, he is a very familiar face as ringman of most national Jersey shows across the country. Many call him an icon when it comes to being ringside for shows or taking bids at sales across the country. For the past 22 years, he has been a Type Traits Appraiser for the American Jersey Cattle Association and also serving as an area-representative for many years.

Meet the judges for the 2025 All-American and Premier National Junior Shows! 🙌💫

Next up, is Jason Zimmerman of Avon, NY who will serve as the associate judge for the Eastern Fall National Holstein Show.

Jason began his journey in dairy cattle by leasing and showing Holsteins from his grandparents and uncle at Artie Jay Farm in Maryland. His early experiences in the showring evolved into a professional fitting career that brought him into contact with All-Americans across all breeds.

Zimmerman was part of the winning Maryland 4-H dairy judging team at World Dairy Expo in 2010 and was a member of the second-place collegiate team in 2011 while attending Virginia Tech. He has judged numerous local, regional, and state shows from Florida to Maine. Jason currently works as a Dairy Nutrition Consultant with Holtz Nelson Consulting and continues to breed and show cattle with his wife, Kaila.

Meet the judges for the 2025 All-American and Premier National Junior Shows! 🙌💫

Next up is Scott Fisher of Hollidaysburg, PA who will serve as Associate Judge for the Premier National Junior Guernsey Show.

Scott operates Big Guns Cattle Co. with his son, Madison. Together, they have bred and sold over 25 All-American nominations and shown champions at World Dairy Expo, NAILE, the All-American Dairy Show, and New York Spring Show.

Scott has judged in Pennsylvania and Maryland, including Maryland Field Day, and in Las Cruces, New Mexico. He has also taught cattle preparation workshops at Penn State and enjoys working with youth, recognizing them as the future of the dairy industry.

Meet the judges for the 2025 All-American and Premier National Junior Shows! 🙌💫

Returning to Harrisburg is Phil Topp of Botkins, Ohio who will be placing the Eastern Fall National Holstein and Premier National Junior Guernsey Shows.

Phil and his wife, Carrie, own a small herd of 40 registered dairy cows representing multiple breeds. Topp has been highly active in the show ring, exhibiting numerous champions at the Ohio State Fair, World Dairy Expo, and the North American International Livestock Exposition. Phillip co-owns a fabricating and maintenance business specializing in stainless steel TIG welding. He and Carrie have three children: Aubree, Aiden, and Alaina.

Topp has judged several county, district, and state fairs, as well as international Brown Swiss shows in Peru and Mexico. His resume includes officiating the Jersey Jug at NAILE in 2019 and the Guernsey Show at NAILE in 2021. At the World Dairy Expo, he was the associate judge in 2016 for the Jersey International show and in 2021 for the Brown Swiss Show. He was the official judge in 2019 for the International Ayrshire Show, in 2022 for the Guernsey Show, in 2023 for the international Red and White show, and in 2024 for the Brown Swiss Show. In 2024, he judged the All-American Milking Shorthorn Show and the Premier National Junior Holstein Show at the All-American Dairy Show.

Meet the judges for the 2025 All-American and Premier National Junior Shows! 🙌💫

Next up is Matt Hawbaker of Clear Spring, Maryland who will be sorting the Premier National Junior Holstein Show.

Matt owns and operates Interstate Heifer Care Service, a boarding facility for elite dairy cattle. Before launching his own operation, Matt worked as a professional dairy cattle fitter. Since then, he has prepared and exhibited numerous All-Americans and Reserve All-Americans across multiple breeds, including Junior Champions at the International Red & White, Ayrshire, and Brown Swiss Shows.

Matt is also co-manager of the First Impressions at the Interstate Sale, an event showcasing top-tier dairy genetics. He distributes semen for AG 3 and Jetstream Genetics. His judging credentials include national shows such as the All-American Ayrshire Show, Red & White Holstein Show at the North American International Livestock Exposition, the Ohio Spring Dairy Expo Holstein Show, and the Wisconsin Championship Red & White Show. He also served as Associate Judge at the International Ayrshire Show. Matt and his wife, Sarah, live in Clear Spring with their two daughters, Kenley and Hadley.

Meet the judges for the 2025 All-American and Premier National Junior Shows! 🙌💫

Next up, we have Jenny Thomas who will be judging the All-American Milking Shorthorn Show and the Premier National Junior Red and White Show.

Jenny Thomas along with her husband Nathan, and their three children – Colton, Kendall, and Camryn, along with Nathan’s family, own and operate Triple-T Holsteins in North Lewisburg, Ohio. Triple-T’s herd consists of over 100 registered head of Holsteins and Jerseys with the current milking herd being 35 head. Triple-T has been fortunate to breed, own, develop, sell and board over 200 All-American and All-Canadian nominations. It has been home to many champions over the years including most recently – Stoney Point Joel Bailey EX-96 and Supreme Champion at World Dairy Expo in 2024. Triple-T houses and develops the Vierra Jersey Show herd along with caring for their own herd of elite Holsteins and Jerseys.

T-Triple-T Dundee Paige (2E-EX-96) has served as the cornerstone of the Holstein herd and has produced three 95-point offspring and many other excellent descendants. Another cow that has made an impact on the herd is Ms Exels Dundee Beauty (EX-95), she is the dam of Ms Beautys Black Velvet-ET (EX-96) who has claimed best bred & owned of the show at World Dairy Expo two years in a row for Triple-T and our partners – Duckett Holsteins & Vierra Dairy.

Jenny worked full-time as a professional cattle photographer for ten years and now enjoys taking photos on a part-time basis. Jenny currently work full-time as a marketing coordinator for Vierra Dairy, D&D Ingredients and several Swanson Family businesses. She still assists at the farm daily with cattle care and assists in marketing and promotion of the genetics and handles all paperwork.

Jenny has judged shows on the local, state, regional and national levels for both Holstein, Jersey, and several other component breeds. She has officiated the Red & White Holstein Show at the 2025 NY Spring Show, Holsteins and Red & Whites at 2024 Western National Holstein in Utah, National Holstein Jr. Show at the All American in Harrisburg in 2023, Jersey & Red & White Shows at the 2023 UK Borderway Show, the Jerseys & Holsteins at IN State Fair, the Jersey and Red & White shows at WI State Show, the MD State Holstein Show, judged multiple breeds at state shows in Utah, Pennsylvania, New York, and in California. In addition, Jenny has served as associate judge for the All-American Jersey Junior Show and served as associate judge for the Eastern National Holstein Show in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

Meet the judges for the 2025 All-American and Premier National Junior Shows! 🙌💫

Next up, we have Jean-Philippe Charest, of Saint Alexandre, Quebec, who will place the All-American Jersey Show.

Jean-Philippe owns and operates Ferme Charest 2001 Inc. alongside his parents and brother. The farm milks 70 cows—Ayrshires, Holsteins, and Jerseys—and manages 450 acres of land.

Jean-Philippe has judged several prominent shows throughout Canada and the United States, including Le Supreme Laitier, the Ayrshire Summer Spectacular, the Maritime Fall Show, and Expo St-Hyacinthe.

In addition to his judging experience, he has worked as a professional cattle fitter for more than 12 years, traveling to 10 countries with his skills. He and his wife, Annick, are the proud parents of four children: Eliott, Florence, Louis, and Juliette.

Lars and his wife, Melissa, have 2 daughters – Clara and Andie. They reside in Waukon, Iowa where Lars is a District Sales Manager for Select Sires Member Coop. Along with working at Select Sires, he is very involved in his family farm Prairie Moon Guernseys. Lars and his family enjoy showing Guernseys at the Iowa State fair and World Dairy Expo where they have exhibited numerous All-Americans. Lars has judged numerous county fairs as well as the Illinois State Fair Guernsey Show and the Midwest Guernsey Show.

Meet the judges for the 2025 All-American and Premier National Junior Shows! 🙌💫

Next up, we have Herby Lutz of Chester, South Carolina who will be judging the All-American Guernsey Show.

Herby operates Her-Man Jerseys at Sunny Day Farm with his wife Amanda and their son Hobbs. Their herd of registered Jerseys and Guernseys has produced multiple All-Americans and three bulls placed into AI. The Lutz family focuses on cows that are productive and originate from deep maternal lines.

Herby has served as Jersey Development Manager for Select Sires since 2008, where he leads the Jersey sire program and supports marketing initiatives. His judging career spans more than two decades and includes officiating at the National Jersey Jug Futurity, All-American Jersey and Junior Shows, the National Junior Guernsey Show, and the Western National Jersey and Guernsey Shows.

Internationally, Herby has judged in Australia, Colombia, Costa Rica, Brazil, and the Isle of Jersey. He is one of the few individuals to have won both the Jersey and Guernsey national youth achievement contests and is also a past recipient of the American Jersey Cattle Association’s Young Jersey Breeder Award.

Meet the judges for the 2025 All-American and Premier National Junior Shows! 🙌💫

Next up, we have Darin Hill who will be sorting the All-American Brown Swiss Show.

Darin resides in Cattaraugus, New York, with his wife Katie and their four children: Blake, Garrett, Averi, and Chase. Together, they own and operate Hill’s Valley Farm, home to 140 registered Brown Swiss and Holsteins. Their breeding program has earned more than 50 All-American nominations in the Brown Swiss breed.

Darin earned High Individual honors in the Post-Secondary contest for SUNY Morrisville in 2001 and was 4th overall in the Intercollegiate contest for Cornell University in 2003. Darin has judged Brown Swiss state shows in Wisconsin, Kentucky, Iowa, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Florida; the Southeast National Jr Brown Swiss Show in Louisville, Northeast National show at the Big E, Southwestern National in Stillwater, AgroExpo in Colombia, and Reyes International Expo in Peru.

Before returning to the farm full time, Darin served as Sales Manager for New Generation Genetics for three years. He has been a member of the National Brown Swiss Show Committee since 2014 and was named the Outstanding Young Breeder by the National Brown Swiss Association, along with his wife, in 2019. In his spare time, Darin enjoys coaching youth baseball and basketball.
