Whatever you may need or want, big or small, let me help. Years of work experience, girl scouts, military, 4-H, training, classes and different certificates earned throughout the years. I make homemade crafts; crochet; experienced face painter; pet sitter; dog walker; dog obedience training; event planning; child care; assistant for a day; home/office cleaning; organize closets; etc. I have done

adult body art but no nudes. Put me to work, pick my brain, or allow me to listen. I need to feel productive and needed and will work with you, just like Nana's do.

Cheesy potato casserole

Ingredients
2 lb hash browns
1/2 cup bacon bits
2 tbs dried minced onion
one cube of butter
one pint of sour cream
2 cups crushed corn flakes
2 cups of grated cheese
1 tsp salt / pepper
one cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup of milk
a half a cube margarine
parsley sprigs topping

Mix hash browns, bacon bits, cheese, salt and pepper, minced onion put in buttered 9 x 13 dish.

Mix butter, soup, sour cream, milk and pour over. Top with corn flakes. Bake 1 hour at 350°. Can be frozen for future use or made a day ahead. Top with parsley before serving.

Foolproof Swiss steak

Ingredients
Oven bag large size (14" to 20")
2 tbs flour
2 cans Italian stewed tomatoes
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp prepared mustard
1/2 tsp of salt
1/4 tsp of pepper
1 - 1 1/2 pounds of boneless beef round steak half inch thick

Preheat oven to 350°F. Shake flour into oven bag then place in a 13x9 baking pan. Add tomatoes, sugar, mustard, salt and pepper to oven bag. Squeeze oven bag to blend in flower. Pound steak to 1/8 inch to 1/4 inch thickness, using a meat mallet or rolling pin. Cut steak into four pieces. Add steak to the oven bag. Turnover bag to coat steak with the sauce the range steak in an even layer in oven bag. Close the oven bag with a nylon tide cut some slits in the top. Back until steak is tender 45 to 50 minutes serves four.
