At the Barnsion, we offer a different all inclusive venue option than others. We offer an exciting four day, three night stay at the Barnsion for around 30-35 people with accommodations in 3 different units in the Barnsion, two cabins and and 3 rebuilt authentic Sheepwagon’s. The property has 7 kitchens (including a full commercial kitchen) and 11 bathrooms. The commercial kitchen is fully stocked with many stainless hotel pans, sandwich cooler, choice of two steam tables, and a dishwasher.
The package includes 30 round tables, 25 eight foot tables, and 16 six foot tables, 10 small tables and over 380 chairs, linens for all tables, high quality sound system, microphones and blue tooth speaker, overhead projection system and big screen, WiFi, several Edison light strings, new additional attached reception area with 6 opening overhead doors, outside wedding area, and rehearsal dinner, two walk in coolers, choice of wedding carriages (small charge for operator), 3 outdoor bathrooms and two showers. (included a ADA shower and bathroom), providing adequate facilities for even the larger weddings. We offer free camper and trailer parking, and the use of all our arches, props, doors, wagons, portable bar and back bar with refrigerator and wine cooler, fireplace, barbecues, two traeger smokers, kegorator, several whiskey barrels, three propane patio heaters, outdoor kitchen, bouncy house for kids, teepees, lawn games, popcorn popper, ice machine, and on and on.
The Barnsion Trading Post is open an available for all the family and their guests. We carry a full line of Pendleton, Hooey, Montana Silver Smiths, furs, cowhides, knives, and gifts.
Our new wedding/reception area is set up with 6 overhead doors for the open air feeling, or closed for less than desirable weather conditions. This is attached to the Barnsion and our original reception room and kitchen.
We feel we offer a more complete package than any venue in the state of Montana.
This entire venue all inclusive package, including all the rooms for three nights is only $7,500.00. May weddings offered for $7000.00. In some cases we can visit about an extra night stay for those who can use all the space or need more time. We only add $250.00 for an extra night.
We do not control any of your support crew. You choose your music, photographers, and caterers. If you need help with these, we may advise. There is NO curfew at the Barnsion.
We ask for a 20 % deposit to save a date.
We will work with couples on a payment plan to fit your budget. We expect total payment one month before the wedding. We will require that all events purchase event insurance.
