The Barnsion, Western luxurious event and wedding venue with accommodations for groups, family reunions, and vacations. Horses are also welcome.

The Barnsion setting is on a large central Montana ranch sitting between four mountain ranges. You have 360 degree views awaiting you with all the sights, sounds, and smells you would expect on any working cattle, sheep, grain, and haying ranch. It would not be uncommon for several hundred cattle or a couple thousand sheep to be trailed through the yard. The machinery and equipment scattered nearby are not props for a bed and breakfast, but the necessary tools and equipment needed to operate the main agriculture businesses on Miller Ranch.

We have some pretty new hand tooled purses with concealed carry pockets. We also have some nice durable levi work jackets with concealed carry inside the jacket. Also some new Alpaca jackets in new colors and both long and short styles. And really pretty new colors and styles of the preshrunk Inca cotton blouses! Lots of new Montana Silversmith jewelry in the glass cabinets as well. Some new Pendleton blankets and towels came in this week too!

Yes! The Barnsion Trading Post will be OPEN today, Saturday, October 24, 2026 from 10:00 to 3:00! I worked late last night tagging a whole new shipment of Inca Pre shrunk cotton embroidered blouses in new styles and colors. New colors and styles of Alpaca dusters in both long and short lengths too! You will love the smell of the new candles as you come into the shop! They are reasonably priced and make great gifts. We’ve got new Montana Silversmith jewelry as well! Hope to see you today!

The Barnsion Trading Post will be OPEN tomorrow, Saturday, Oct. 17, 2026 from 10:00 to 3:00. My granddaughter Fynn and I worked all day unpacking and pricing the most beautiful decorative candles that smell wonderful. They are so nice that you may not even want to burn them. In fact they have 3 layers of color and 3 scents in each variety. Would make great gifts! New jackets and new silversmith jewelry too! Fynn would love to sell her penny deer creation too!

It’s Saturday, Oct. 3, 2026 and of course The Barnsion Trading Post will be OPEN from 10:00 to 3:00. Pendleton comes through again, with the most beautiful classic coats, this year in red and brown.They are spendy, but last a lifetime. But don’t worry, there are lots of things in every price range. A new interesting item is Emu Lotion Candles and Emu melting cube lotions in a variety of yummy scents. As they melt the lotion liquifies and you just rub it into your hands leaving a soft clean feeling, not waxy at all. They are just $5. Time to think about Christmas shopping too. Hope to see you!

Our rockstar Rocky Mountain horse, Stormy, put in a showing at the Big Timber homecoming parade today with my grandson Dalton navigating behind roaring race car and and in front of a fire truck with a loud siren. Stormy trotted right out as he usually does pulling the wedding carriage here at The Barnsion acting like he knows he is the star of the show. Not a spook, not a flinch, just calm as can be.

He was happy to see me after the excitement and happy to get home, but took it all in stride. All in a days work.

The Barnsion Trading Post will be OPEN tomorrow, September, 19th from 1:00 to 3:00. We have just gotten some new items in from market in Billings. One of the coolest new things is a lotion candle made with Emu oil. Smells wonderful and the melted oil can be rubbed into hands or feet softening into a smooth lotion.
