I have invited YOU all to join my DTS BBQ TEAM party to help bring an awareness to a new MULTICULTURAL BBQ Team that will be competing at National BBQ Championship Competitions across the country. We will also make New York State History by participating with other "YANKEE BARBEQUERS" from across the state to end the reign of BBQ boisterous terror that the South has repeatedly inflicted upon us. W

E ARE ASKING YOU TO BECOME A MEMBER/SPONSOR OF OUR BBQ TEAM. OUR TEAM IS RAPIDLY GROWING WITH MEMBERS FROM THE SOUTH AND MID WEST STATES. This is more than a simple milestone in the AFRICAN AMERICAN / BLACK EXPERIENCE bucket list for me. The 2013 MEMPHIS IN MAY BBQ WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP is about real SOCIAL, POLITICAL and BUSINESS networking on the WORLD STAGE. 40,000 people from around the world, attending 240+ Private Parties, all together on the Mississippi River having a hell of a GOOD TIME. The elitism of some BBQ teams DO NOT ACKNOWLEDGE the diverse BBQ cooking history of the African American Slaves and Caribbean Slaves whom developed this cooking style... I have been told by those ELITE TEAMS that us New Yorker's DO NOT KNOW how to BBQ nor know how to have a party... I told them 2 years ago (2011) "REALLY!!!! - I'LL BE BACK " . In 2012 I rocked 2 parties with my DJ SKILLS, now I will be bringing it all together in 2013 "ONCE I GET MY ACCEPTANCE LETTER from MIM...LOL"...

I have received help on my quest to form the DTS BBQ team from some of the heavy weights from BBQ PitMasters TV series Myron Mixon and Moe Cason.
