Let’s chat about flower processing time
When your wedding flowers arrive at the shop, they aren’t ready to go straight into a bouquet.
Before I can start designing, there’s a LOT that happens behind the scenes:
1. Unpacking and inspecting every stem
2. Cutting and cleaning each flower
3. Removing leaves and foliage that shouldn’t be in the water
4. Getting everything properly hydrated
5. Making sure they’re stored at the right temperature
6. Checking them again and again as they open and develop
This process can take anywhere between 1-3 hours depending on how many flowers we have (and people to help)
