Meet our very own Ms Rachael, the newest member of our amazing management team! We are so grateful to have her join us.

A little word from Rachael:

“I am so incredibly excited to be joining the team here at The Curious Little Playhouse!

The Hanover/Gettysburg area has always been home to me, though my husband, Zach, and I did spend our early 20s living all over the East Coast during his time in the USMC. We eventually made our way back home, and we are just about to celebrate 15 years of marriage!

I have spent over 20 years working in hospitality and management, and for the last 6 years, I specialized in venue management and coordinating weddings. I absolutely love bringing people together and making sure events run perfectly behind the scenes.

Alongside my management background, I was also a dancer for 20 years and currently teach youth classes right down the road at The Edge Dance Complex! 💃

When I’m not at the Playhouse or at the dance studio, my life is beautifully chaotic. I’m a proud mom to three amazing kids: Carter (13), who is heavily involved in his school's technology program; Colin (12), which means my Sundays are spent on the sidelines cheering him on at football games; and Chloe (7), my fun-loving first grader who dances competitively. We also just added a sweet new puppy named Cora to our crew! 🐶

As a mom, I know firsthand just how vital it is to have a safe, creative, and joyful space where kids can let their imaginations run wild. I can’t wait to bring my energy to the playhouse floor and meet all of your wonderful families. Please make sure to come say hi the next time you're in for a playdate! 👋✨”
