This one was extra special🤍

Over the past three years, we’ve had the incredible privilege of planning and coordinating so many beautiful weddings at Bortner Valley. But somewhere along the way, what started as a professional relationship became something so much more.

We’ve gotten to know the Bortner Valley family, celebrated their wins, shared their milestones, and walked alongside them through moments that go far beyond the wedding industry. We’ve built relationships and bonds that we truly cherish, and Bortner Valley has become a place that feels a little like home to us.

So when Molly asked us to help plan and coordinate her wedding at Bortner Valley, the excitement was immediate, but more than anything, we felt honored. Honored that she trusted us with such an important day. Honored to be invited into another chapter of their family’s story. And honored to celebrate a love story that means so much to people we’ve come to love ourselves.

It was full of all the little details, familiar faces, happy tears, and moments that reminded us exactly why we love what we do.

We often have couples come to us with their hearts set on saying “I do” in their church, but somewhere along the way, they start to feel discouraged.

From restrictions on photos and video, to limitations on florals (if they’re allowed at all), to the logistics of transitioning guests between ceremony and cocktail hour at a separate location; it can quickly start to feel overwhelming. And let’s be honest… sometimes it’s hard to transform a church space into something that feels uniquely you rather than a typical Sunday service.

But that’s where we come in.

We love the challenge. It’s exactly why we build out a dedicated team for your wedding day, so we can be in multiple places at once, manage timelines seamlessly, handle permits, and ensure every detail flows effortlessly.
