I have some left over brisket and pork butts if anyone would be interested in purchasing at less than half the cost. I can slice and vacum seal them for the freezer too!

🔥 We’re BACK where it all started! 🔥

Five years ago, we rolled up to our very first public event, not knowing what to expect. Just a dream, a smoker, and a whole lotta BBQ love. 🍖❤️

This weekend, we’re honored to return to Britton Coffee Co — the place that gave our food truck its very first shot. We’ve grown a lot since then, but one thing hasn’t changed: our passion for serving up mouthwatering BBQ made with heart and fire.

Come celebrate with us, grab your favorite BBQ options (yes, plenty of brisket), and say hi!

🚨 This was heck of a meal we were able to provide this week!

🍖 Brisket on brioche bun, house made bbq sauce, house made Dutch mac salad and house made cheesy scalloped potatoes (that's what I call em 😋).

No event is too large! This plate pictured was served to about 600 smiling faces. We customize each service to ensure we surpass your expectations!
