This time last week we celebrated Danny & Kylee’s spectacular two day wedding event! I’m so excited to share a preview of their special day(s) with close family and friends. They began at for getting ready and family portraits, proceeded to an intimate city hall ceremony, and then followed by dinner, drinks, and heartfelt toasts at . Day two was just as gorgeous as it looked at . A black tie cocktail hour featured a Polaroid seating chart personalized to each guest! They were welcomed into an elegant, plant inspired reception lit up by romantic candle ambiance. kept everyone dancing the night away, interacting with the crowd and bringing all the fun! Rain? What rain? No matter the weather, it’s a fact that is the place to be married! What a perfect setting for our couple Nick & Stephanie to celebrate their Greek wedding event with close family and friends. The bride looked ethereal in her laced wedding gown and we loved the brown tones from the grooms suit, to florals, linens and more. The ceremony at St. Nicholas’ included Greek rituals and symbolism, concluding with a crowning ceremony for the couple. Westwind held cocktail hour and a lively reception where everyone danced the night away! Congratulations Mr. & Mrs. Zotos! Thank you for having us capture your special day 🤎

Here’s the thing. I’m getting older and most of my couples are still young and sweet! My perspective about wedding days have changed now that I am a parent. I still relate very much so to my clients, boasting in their excitement and feeling the love they have for one another other! But I also share the feeling of butterflies with the mother of the bride as she preps for the day, tears from dad during first looks or first dances, and proud memories told by grandma. There is so much and so many people a part of these happy occasions, I can only hope to embrace all of these emotions when my own children marry one day. Being a wedding photographer really is special.

A day to remember. Lanae & Jonathan 😮😍🤍🖤 What an amazing event from start to finish for these two at ! Once again, 20 images is just not enough to share from these stunning weddings but here’s a quick highlight! How elegant is the all white and black aesthetic?! Lakeview is such a great venue with their indoor chapel, outdoor cocktail space, ethereal willow tree we all love and white walls of the reception space. Many congratulations you two!! 🥂✨
