Big things are happening at Isle Event Rentals! 👀
We’ve been busy expanding at our new location in Hancock— more space means more inventory, more availability, and even better service for all of your event needs!

That being said, we’ve received a few questions this week and wanted to clarify:
Isle Events is NOT closing and is fully operating as normal.
We recently rebranded from Superior Events to Isle Events, but we are completely separate from Superior Equipment & Events and their liquidation sale.

Our team is excited for a busy wedding and event season ahead, and we’re so grateful for all of your support during our rebrand.

Hi, thanks for being here! As we’ve begun to settle in, we thought it was the perfect time to reintroduce ourselves. We’re Steve and Kayla Seppala — the family behind Isle Event Rentals (formerly Superior Events of Houghton).

With seven kids at home, family is at the heart of everything we do. We’re proud to be local entrepreneurs continuing a legacy that has served our community for over 34 years. Alongside our incredible team, we take a hands-on approach and truly love being part of life’s celebrations — from small gatherings to once-in-a-lifetime events.

In 2025, we were honored to step into this next chapter, carrying that legacy forward with fresh energy and a renewed commitment to exceptional service. We’re so grateful to serve this community and can’t wait to be part of your next event 🤍

We’re officially stepping into 2026 as Isle Event Rentals (formerly Superior Events), and we couldn’t be more excited to reintroduce ourselves.

With a new name, new ownership, and big new energy, Isle Event Rentals is here to bring unforgettable events to the Keweenaw and surrounding areas. From weddings to birthdays, graduations to baby showers (and everything in between), we’ve got your back.

Think tables, chairs, linens, big tents for outdoor celebrations, catering supplies for large events, bounce houses, and so much more. If you can dream it up, we can help bring it to life.

Our brand-new website is coming very soon 👀, but in the meantime, we’re already booking events and answering questions for all future dates!

Our team is hard at work to make everything smooth, organized, and easy to hit GO on your next big event. And just because the website is still in progress doesn’t mean our customer service is.
