This Memorial Day, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who served our country and made the ultimate sacrifice. 🇺🇸

Today’s display is especially meaningful to us. The WWI boots and paperwork belonged to Dianne’s grandfather, Frank Stoner, and serve as a powerful reminder of the courage and sacrifice of that generation. The sign also honors her father, Homer Stoner, who served during WWII.

After returning home, Homer Stoner and his wife, Mary, went on to found Stoner’s Florist & Greenhouses and built not only a business, but a lasting legacy rooted in family, community, and hard work.

These personal pieces of history tell a story far greater than words ever could — one of service, dedication, sacrifice, and love of country passed through generations. We encourage everyone to take a closer look at the paperwork and sign to appreciate the dates, details, and history they represent.

As we spend time with family and friends this weekend, may we also take time to reflect on those who served and sacrificed for the freedoms we enjoy every day. ❤️🤍💙

Thank you to all veterans, active military members, and military families. Your service and sacrifice will never be forgotten.

Mother’s Day may be over, but Evie says the shop is still full of beautiful finds 🌿🐾
