Alright BBQ fans it all comes down to this. The Low Country Rib Fest in Moncks Corner, SC on June 19th. This is the last contest for the 25 season, and it is TIGHT race for the Team of the Year with The Rusty Porker, Ultimate Tailgaters BBQ and Hog Tied BBQ INC all vying for that ultimate bragging right of Team of the Year.

Yesterday we catered our daughters wedding. Well Kimberly and I did the cooking and our team did the setting up, serving and breaking down.

Our team did an excellent job.

The grazing table was a hit. Kimberly did a great job organizing the grazing table and our team did an amazing job of putting it all together.

So last night we had the honor and privilege of catering for the “Blue Angels”. We had an amazing time and met some great people.

Thank you to the Palmetto Military Support Group for trusting us to get it done.

A huge Thank You to all the men and women of our military who help keep us safe.

Thank you to my amazing beautiful wife for all your hard work and to our moms for stepping in too.
