Last night we had the honor of catering a Hanahan High alumni. This is the first time we have cooked a Jamaican style menu with a southern twist. We made jerk chicken, pulled pork, red beans & rice, fried plantains, and Jamaican cole slaw. Ms Kimberly and the SilverFox put out a beautiful fruit grazing table. Thank you Matt Martinez for always being there for us.
