As many of you know, in addition to The Victoria Inn, we also own and operate Ways Motel here in Hampton, NH.
Over the past several months, we've been working on something exciting behind the scenes. We've built our own property management software called SwayHana, and we're finally ready to start sharing it!
Running two hospitality properties has given us firsthand experience with everything that goes into managing reservations, guest communication, housekeeping, payments, and all the little things that keep a property running smoothly.
What started as a solution for our own properties has grown into something we believe could help other hospitality business owners, whether you manage a single Airbnb, multiple vacation rentals, a small inn, or a motel or hotel.
We've been using SwayHana at both The Victoria Inn and Ways Motel throughout this season, continuously refining it based on our day-to-day experiences.
For Airbnb hosts, SwayHana is designed to complement Airbnb, not replace it, by helping you build your own direct booking business, encourage repeat guests, and reduce your dependence on third-party platforms.
Recently, we gave our first demo to another Airbnb host, and the response was incredibly encouraging. That gave us the confidence to start sharing what we've built with others.
We're now looking to connect with Airbnb hosts, vacation rental owners, and small hotel and motel operators who might be interested in seeing it.
