Thank you for all the customers that came to visit the truck today. We had some repeats and some new faces from the AAU karate tournament. We sold out of brisket, pulled pork, Mac n cheese. We sold some turkey sandwiches and boneless chicken thigh sandwiches. I had some great feedback from quite a few customers and at the end of the day thats why I do what I do. Heres to the kickoff of the 2026 food truck season.

Good morning family!! We will be out at Woodside High School in Newport News on February 14th from 11am -3pm serving some of your favorites. Brisket, Carolina pulled pork and Turkey and pork belly finished like bacon with Provolone. Thats Next Saturday Come out and see us!!

Good morning family and Happy Friday!! When I discovered the art of cooking BBQ 17 years ago I wanted to learn everything I could. Then I started sharing the food with people and I was told how good it was and people would buy it. Well I feel like anytime you give something away people will always compliment how good the product is. When people come back and purchase your products over and over again we'll thats starting to say something. The brisket on the left I cooked 16 years ago not knowing much about brisket. The one on the right is from this past year. I became border line obsessed with wanting to put out the best brisket that anyone has eaten. This is many years later. Lots of research, trial and error, messing up over and over and over again. I have been to some of the bbq places in the United States. I can't say I cook the best brisket ever but I think I can hang right up there with a good portion of the places I have eaten brisket. When someone calls me up or comes up to me and wants to spend their hard earned money with me. Well I want them and their guests to have the absolute best experience that I am able to provide. I am greatful for every person who has given me and Que-nited that opportunity and I will never stop striving to be the best at what we do. Find something you love and always try to be the best at it. Anyways have a great weekend be safe out there this weekend.
