A Planned Occasion

The setup. The energy. The love.

This surprise proposal was more than just a “yes.” It was a reflection of intention, care, and personal touches that truly mattered, from the memory table honoring loved ones to the carefully chosen details that helped tell their story.

A Planned Occasion was honored to help bring it all together, and I’m still smiling thinking about the joy in the room.

Congratulations again to Becca & Adriana 💍

2024 was a busy year! This report must came in and I realized since launching my business in May 2024, I’ve had 58 meetings booked through Calendly—with consultations and booked client sessions. 🙌🏾

To everyone who trusted me with your special moments—thank you! Here’s to more growth and success in 2025!

One of the best parts of being a wedding coordinator is collaborating with professionals who make the day special and fun✨

A huge shoutout to the vendors I had the pleasure of working with at one of my most recent weddings:

🍽 Catering: Montaze Chapman- The food was so amazing, and the seafood pasta is a must-try!!!

💐Decorating: Diane Chapman Ruffin- This team transformed the venue into a beautiful space! The decor was stunning 🤩

📸 Photography: 360 Arts and Production - This team always captures the best moments of your big day with skill and creativity! Always a great time working with this crew!

🎧 DJ: Kevin McCray- He knew exactly what to play and kept the party vibes going all evening. Very skilled at reading the crowd!

It's really a joy working with experienced vendors who share the same passion for making a memorable event! 🥂Here's to more beautiful collaborations!
