The New Jersey State Federation of Woman’s Clubs held its Summer Luncheon at the Battleground Country in Manalapan on Thursday, Aug 6th. The luncheon is an annual fundraiser and this year it benefits state headquarters located on the beautiful campus of Douglas College of Rutgers University. State headquarters hosts programs for members throughout the year as well the Girls Career Institute. NJSFWC also offers a freshman scholarship for an admitted Douglas incoming young lady. Club members Marie Sceia, Cindy Rubba, Susan Fognano , and Pat Berenato sat with the Southern District members from Millville, Absecon, and Cape May clubs. The table was lucky as many baskets were delivered and great prizes went home with the ladies.
