Great job to Ryan Weser, valet manager in the Western NY area, who received a call complimenting his above and beyond service. The woman who called in used our valet service at Finger Lakes Casino & Racetrack. When Ryan retrieved her car he noticed there was an issue with the steering wheel. He let the customer know about the issue, brought her car to the side to take a look under the hood and noticed that there was no power steering fluid. When he started explaining to her where she could pick some up the woman got flustered. Ryan let his team know he would be back and brought her to the store to get some fluid. The woman didn’t have any money after her casino trip so Ryan paid for the fluid with his own money and got her on her way safely. The woman stated that she is 82 years old and that this is above and beyond anything anyone has ever done for her in her 82 years. Excellent job Ryan! This is a great example of how a simple act of kindness can make the difference!
