Abita Brewing Tap Room Food Truck Round Up was wild! Y’all really made us work tonight! 😅Our Birria tacos take a little longer to cook than our other items and since Birria was BY FAR the favorite of the night, our wait times were longer than we like. Thank you all for being so patient and understanding! We didn’t know what to expect with this being our first Round Up, and y’all made it amazing! Truly grateful for every single person who stopped by our truck tonight. ❤️ Nights like this make all the stress and rough times worth it!

We posted this reel yesterday evening on a whim and then went about our night. Checked it later and it was close to 9,000 views, which is a LOT for us! So funny how this random reel we threw up in literally a minute is doing way better than the ones we meticulously plan for hours. 😅 Maybe we should give into our ADHD tendencies more often and not overthink! Lol!
