An Important Update from Off The Jump - Schaumburg
After thoughtful consideration, I’ve made the decision to close our Schaumburg, Illinois location. Effective immediately, we will begin transitioning our assets and equipment to our Crown Point/Northwest Indiana facility.
In business, much of the conversation centers around success—but the reality is that meaningful growth often comes from trying, failing, and learning. We took a chance on something new, and while the Schaumburg venture didn’t meet expectations, the experience has been invaluable. I’ve always believed that our greatest lessons come not from our victories, but from how we respond to setbacks.
This move positions us to strengthen our operations where momentum is already building. Our Crown Point location has experienced a surge in demand, and consolidating resources will allow us to scale more effectively, meet growing customer needs, and execute larger events with greater ease. In fact, many of the items from Schaumburg have already been in use to help meet the increased demand.
I want to sincerely thank everyone who supported this expansion—your encouragement gave us the confidence to innovate. I’m proud that we took the opportunity, and I’m even more excited about the possibilities ahead as we focus our energy on one strong, thriving location.
Lastly, I want to extend my deepest appreciation to our incredible team. Your adaptability, dedication, and commitment to delivering exceptional experiences have kept Off The Jump true to its promises and values. It’s because of you that we continue to move forward.
