10 Years in the books!

So much has changed and stayed the same at the same time. We have always remained steadfast in creating food that becomes your next favorite craving made with love! Taking family recipes that run back generations and putting our own twist on everything that we serve has been a dream come true.

We have had the opportunity to share in so many fantastic events, being there for cherished moments that celebrate loved ones coming together, helping fundraisers exceed previous totals, festivals that highlight Montana heritage and being there to share in saying Goodbye to those that mean the most. We are so blessed to have had the opportunity to be apart of it all.

We have grown so much individually, as business owners and partners in life! Through the literal blood, lots of sweat, a couple knee surgeries and some tears we have stayed committed to giving our all each time.

Through every service and event we have had the chance to have amazing people join us along the way, from family, friends and strangers who became both that have worked side by side with us to bring it all to life! We want to thank everyone along the journey and let everyone know we are so excited to see where the next 10 years takes us. We have so many big plans. We look forward to sharing it all with you!

Today is a great day for music, Dancing and awesome food. We will be out starting at 4pm serving up Our Chicken & Andouille Sausage Gumbo 🤩, Pulled Pork Sliders, Braised Beef Sliders, Mac & Cheese, Elote, Apple Slaw and Potato Salad! Come down and see us in one of our rare public outings.

Hey Everyone! We are going to be back out for a public service at the Blues Festival September 20th. We will be serving from 4pm to 10pm that night. Come help us Support the Grange Hall in their Fundraiser to make improvements adding an ADA Bathroom to make this space available to all! The Geange Hall is a great community resource and we all benefit when everyone can utilize the facilities. There will be Music, Dancing and some great food. We would love to see you out there! Entry into the festival is just $15 for a night of fun with Blue Shadows & Hammerhead Jack followed by an Open Jam Session to round out the night!

Good evening Everyone!
We are looking for a Dishwasher to join us on our Events. We thought we had one figured out but it's not going to work with their schedule unfortunately. Most of our events are Saturday's in the afternoon into the evening, with an occasional Friday or potentially middle of the week event (rare). Our first event is this Saturday and we would love to have someone join us for it. Would need to be a self starter and if you say you will be there, we need you to be there as we count on you. You are an important part of the team and will be treated as such. We travel to different Venues every weekend mainly in the Bitterroot with an occasional out of town event. We are a fun, energetic team that likes to laugh but also takes our work seriously. We have a great team and we are looking to add that missing piece, you.
This position would also assist Chefs in the kitchen from time to time. We are willing to train if no experience. Additional hours will be available in event setup/after event cleanup as well. Which is typically Friday and Sunday. We could split this between two people as well to split the event dates up between them.
Pay is dependent on experience, with a minimum of $13/hr plus tips with no experience and goes up from there.

The 2nd Annual Darby Derby is here!
Join us the evening of March 23 for an action-packed casino night fundraiser for Darby Brilliant Beginnings! With live poker, horse races, wine pull, whiskey wall and the newest addition, Pinewood Derby Calcutta races, there is something for everyone!
Play heads or tails, join in our live and silent auctions or show off your finest Derby attire to win $$ or leave with fabulous prizes! Hors d’Oeuvres, salad & entree catered by The Crave. No host bar.
