The arrangement of tables and chairs matters at any event, but at a networking event, conference, or training session, it can make an even bigger difference.

At a party, guests can stand up, walk around, or move to another seat to feel more comfortable. At a conference, however, attendees often remain seated in the same position for hours.

A poorly planned layout can limit visibility from the back rows, forcing attendees to constantly turn their heads or sit in uncomfortable positions just to see and follow the speaker. Over time, this can lead to neck and back discomfort.

First, understand the purpose of the event. Then, plan a layout that truly works for the attendees.

A safe event starts with taking care of your guests!

When renting a tent, it’s important to understand the safety guidelines provided by your rental company.

We always recommend asking for a tent safety guide. Some companies, including ours, provide it in both digital and printed formats so you can share it with guests or keep it visible during the event.

Sometimes, something as simple as hanging decorations or making small adjustments to a tent may seem harmless, but it can affect the safety of the installation.

Our tip: Once professionals have installed your tent, leave it just as they set it up. If you need to make any changes, contact your rental company first.

A few simple precautions can make a big difference! 🧡
