Today is the purr-fect day to celebrate our feline friends—and if you’re feeling a little lonely, maybe it’s time to add a little purrsonality to your home! 😻

We encourage you to check out our neighbors at the Bitter Root Humane Association and meet some of the wonderful, adoptable kitties looking for their forever homes. 🐾🏡

A cat can bring plenty of companionship, laughs, and love into your life. And let’s be honest… who couldn’t use a little more cat hair on their clothes? 😂

🚲🐾 NOT ONE… NOT TWO… NOT THREE… NOT FOUR… BUT FIVE BIKES?! 😂🎉

A HUGE THANK YOU to Wendy Perkins and The Fluffy Butt Hut for sponsoring FIVE bikes for our Kids’ Bike Giveaway at the fair this past year! 🙌❤️

Apparently, the Fluffy Butt Hut doesn’t just have fluffy butts… they have BIG hearts, too! 🐾🤣🚲

Thanks to amazing sponsors like Wendy, we’re gearing up for our 7TH YEAR of giving away bikes to kiddos 12 and under at the fair! 🎡🎉 Seven years of smiles, excitement, and kids pedaling away with some pretty awesome prizes. And trust us… this giveaway has become one of the MOST TALKED-ABOUT events at the fair! 🚴‍♀️💨

🍂 Fall is the PERFECT time to get in on the fun! 🍂

If you’re a business looking for a unique way to get your name out there while supporting local kids and making a BIG impact at the fair, consider sponsoring a bike, scooter, or skateboard for next year’s giveaway!

🎡✨ Planning for 2027 starts now! ✨🎡

Our staff, Commission, and Foundation are gearing up for a great opportunity this November as we head to Utah for the Rocky Mountain Association of Fairs Convention! 🙌

This convention is a fantastic chance to connect with other fair facilities, share ideas, learn what’s working across the region, and—of course—start booking some incredible entertainment for the 2027 Fair! 🎶🤠🎤

We’re already dreaming up ways to make 2027 bigger, better, and even more fun. There’s a lot of work that goes on behind the scenes to create a great fair, and we’re excited to have our team together making connections and planning what’s ahead!

2027, here we come! 🎠🎟️🎉

Thank you to John Rudow Photo for the amazing shot!

🍂🍁 FALL IS IN THE AIR… AND ALL OVER THE GROUND. LITERALLY. 🍁🍂

You know what’s falling faster than the leaves? Our excuses for NOT buying more plants! 😂🌿

We’re continuing to show some love to our amazing fair sponsors, and today we’re giving a BIG shout-out to Vern's Nursery ! 💚

Vern’s brought all the beautiful greenery from their nursery to share with our fair guests this year, creating an absolutely exquisite oasis outside the Floral Barn. 🌿🌸 It was a little slice of paradise in the middle of fair-time craziness, and we can’t wait to see what they dream up for us next summer!

But why wait until summer to get your hands dirty? 🪴

We’re giving ONE lucky winner a $150 GIFT CARD to Vern’s Nursery! 🎉 That’s $150 worth of fall flowers, gorgeous greenery, cozy autumn planters, and possibly just one more plant (said every plant lover ever). 😂🌱

🍂 HERE’S HOW TO ENTER:

❤️ LOVE this post 🔄 SHARE this post 💬 COMMENT “VERN” on THIS ORIGINAL POST!

📅 Contest starts Thursday, October 22nd 🏆 Winner announced Monday, October 26th!

So grab your gardening gloves, dust off that empty planter, and prepare to explain to your family why you needed another plant. We won’t judge. We’re basically enablers. 😉🌿

A huge thank-you to Vern’s Nursery for helping make our fair beautiful and for being such an incredible supporter! 💚

GOOD LUCK, EVERYONE! LET’S GET THIS FALL GROWING! 🍁🪴

👔🎉 Happy National Boss’s Day — October 16th! 🎉👔

Today we celebrate the people who keep us on task, answer approximately 47 questions a day, approve our vacation requests, and somehow always know when we’re “just stopping by to ask one quick question.” 😂

To all the bosses out there: thank you for your leadership, patience, guidance, and for occasionally pretending not to notice when we’re counting down the minutes to 5:00! ⏰🤣

Here’s to the bosses who support their teams, keep things moving, and make the workplace a little more fun along the way.
