Let's talk about this line for a second...
You're familiar with this view. You stop by to get a burger and you see this line. It's frustrating, you feel like it's always like this. A quick lunch or dinner just became a time investment - and this we don't take lightly.
We know the bottleneck is at the griddle. We know the wait can sometimes be longer than anyone would like. Trust us, we're aware of it every single service.
Growth takes time and we're trying to do it the right way rather than the fast way. You all have heard us countless times: We want a restaurant. Not just anywhere either - Holland gave us our start and Holland will be where ZOMburgers gets rooted first. So for now, we are saving and saving and saving so we can make this happen for you, for us, the West Michigan community, and for our family.
A bigger food truck and more staff sounds like it would be the solution but right now we are motivated more than ever to grow roots in a single spot and are investing back into the brand so this can become reality.
Thank you for your patience. Thank you for your support. Thank you for believing in what we are trying to build.
We see the line. And we're working really hard every day toward a future with much shorter wait times.
