☔ It’s been a while, Birdville ISD! We almost forgot what rain looked like.

After two months without much precipitation, several rounds of rain are expected over the next few days. While we’re looking forward to some much-needed rain, periods of heavy rainfall could lead to localized flooding.

As you head to school tomorrow and Friday, remember to give yourself a little extra time, slow down on wet roads and never drive through standing water. Also, make sure your contact information in Focus is up to date so we can share any important updates with you.

In the meantime, find those rain jackets, pack the umbrellas and we’ll see you on campus!
