Had a blast cooking up some ribs and side at the Raise 28 cookoff! Took home the first place trophy for ribs! The queso mac didn’t place but there were happy faces from a lot of people, and I personally loved it! What a great day! Special shoutout to David Grant for being my teammate today!

We will be at the Trinity UCC in Hallam PA from Tuesday through Friday for the end of year ceremonies for the children, but all are welcome to come grab your favorites from us!

What a wonderful weekend! Koser Auctions on Saturday and Gluten Freedom Fest on Sunday. Thank you to my incredible crews for those days, you guys knocked it out of the park! Thank you to the event organizers, we appreciated the opportunity to serve you and your customers! And thank you to the vendors, it was great to meet other people working their dream! Looking forward to our next event!
