Finally getting around to sharing this 8” cake created for an intimate baby shower.

A vanilla bean cake finished with vanilla bean buttercream in a soft blue ombré design. A custom topper was added by the client for the final touch.

Event and catering orders are now open for mid-August pickup and beyond from our new bakery studio in Haddon Township.

We’ll also be announcing our upcoming monthly dessert drops soon, featuring limited pre-order menus with local pickup near our former location.

We can’t let June close out without sharing this moment from our largest corporate order to date: 1,100 cupcakes prepared for a Juneteenth celebration. Such a milestone moment for SUGARED.

If you’ve been following along, you know we’ve also been in the middle of a big transition, packing up and moving out of our retail space in Clarksboro and beginning the move into our new bakery studio in Haddon Township. More details on that coming soon.

As we step into this next chapter, we’re also shifting our focus toward dessert catering for celebrations, events, corporate gatherings, holidays and all the moments that bring people together. Looking back, it feels fitting that our largest corporate order to date happened during this season of transition.

A quick note since we’ve heard a few assumptions floating around: we will continue operating from a commercial space. We’re not transitioning to a home bakery or shared commissary kitchen. We’re moving into our own bakery studio space, allowing us to continue creating in an environment that supports our process and our nut allergy-friendly approach.

We’re hoping to reopen orders around mid-July, though timing may shift closer to early August as we get settled in.

Thank you to all of our loyal customers for the love and support after our recent announcement. We have appreciated every message, order, and visit this week.

We wanted to make sure we stocked the case with many of your favorites this weekend! We have cupcakes in 10 flavors including Strawberry Lemonade, Strawberry Shortcake and Strawberry Crunch, We also have lemon blossom cake slices, cinnamon rolls, brownies, mini cheesecakes, chocolate chip cookies, and oatmeal raisin cookies.
