What a meal. Thanks Deanna Odovero for all the veggies and Garret Brownell for the fresh Perch. Some blackened seasonings from Louisiana on that perch was out of site. First time ever eating the purple sweet potato. It’s super healthy and in my opinion way better than a regular sweet potato. Didn’t even need butter or seasonings. Pairs well with Rum Barrel aged Red Blend Wine. 😂
