The Sardis Team wrapped up the year with a holiday party to remember at Destino Ristorante near our headquarters in Gurnee, Illinois! An amazing family-style meal brought everyone together around one table so we could reflect on an incredible year of amazing projects and enjoy each other’s company before we flip the calendar to 2026. It was the perfect way to celebrate the season with an incredible group of people!

We’re thrilled to celebrate Josephine Robinson's promotion to Sales Operations Coordinator!

Josie joined High Output in March 2023 as our Office Coordinator. In her new role, Josie will support the High Output, L!VE and Sardis sales teams directly, manage contracts and invoices, build and refine SOPs, and help optimize how the department functions. She loves having more responsibility and is excited to see how all the pieces connect as she digs deeper into sales operations.

She credits mentors like Leslie Blye, Andy Boucher, Chris Murray, and Marisa Brink for helping her grow and gain confidence in her career journey.

Her fun superpower of choice? Talking to animals (especially the ones that live behind the office) or the ability to get everyone on the same page with perfect, clear communication.

Our single-source event capabilities were a great solution for the recent Assured Partners “Partner Connect” Conference in Indianapolis, where hundreds of clients, industry professionals, and collaborators gathered for networking, professional development, and advancements in client-first innovations.

From designing the event identity to executing the unique General Session integrated with the expo space, registration, activations and more, we worked to create a dynamic, immersive experience for all attendees.

We were honored to help support Ulta Beauty with their Celebrate U Conference this July in Chicago, an inspiring three-day event recognizing the outstanding achievements of top-performing service providers, including stylists, skin therapists, and arch experts. As part of the event, we created two photo ops, two demo stations to highlight products, and a lounge space for interviews.

The conference featured impactful brand education, meaningful networking opportunities, and unforgettable moments including a rooftop celebration sponsored by Olaplex and a special appearance by Jonathan Van Ness.
