Brittane's Event Center finished the Month of September with MANY amazing events with some INCREDIBLE. guests to include Military families both Active Duty and Veterans their families!!

The month started off with hosting two events for Blue Star Families Chicagoland Chapter. The first event was a "Welcome Volunteers" which focused on how to become a volunteer!
The second event was a "Caregivers Appreciation" where the attendees made keepsake ornaments.
Then we hosted a wonderful 50th High school Reunion where classmates reminisced about memories of yesteryears. It was a night of catching up on what everyone had been up to over the years! How they had changed and remembering those classmates who are no longer with them.

A second 35th High School Reunion was also hosted @ BEC! The songs of 1991 was the music for the night and everyone danced the night away to the songs that were a big part of their high school days!

We are always honored to have our two church families who meet on Sundays - Peace of God Outreach Ministries and New Life Ministries in Christ Church!

The reoccurring group of entrepreneurs and business professionals meet the second Thursday of the month, met again for the 9th consecutive month of 2026! It is a "Faith-based Networking Group" where we come together to share and support one another from a spiritual perspective!

Brittane's Event Center was also honored to receive TWO distinguished awards from The Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc Sapphire Award " Bigger and Better Business" recognizing Brittane's Event Center for its commitment to mentoring future leaders within the community! Also, Gurnee Mayor Tom Hood presented the "Pay It Forward" Award recognizing Brittane's Event Center for giving back to the community and partnering with other business owners, vendors, non-profits, recognizing veterans and their contributions to our country as well as giving to those within our community who are in need.
We are honored to be recognized for doing what we love and knowing that "we are blessed to be a blessing to others!"

Whewwww, September was BUSY and there were so many unforgettable special moments and wonderful memories that were made here at BEC! Our many customers along with thier many friends and family members are now in the books as a part of the Brittane's Event Center Family.

Twice in less than a week, Brittane's Event Center @ Saratoga Square has been honored and humbled to receive TWO incredible recognitions!

On last Saturday evening at the Doubletree in Mundelein at the Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc. Blue Crescent Outreach Foundation 12th Annual Scholarship Gala - Brittane's Event Center was awarded the 2026 Sapphire Award - Bigger and Better Business Award. This award recognized BEC for business growth, excellence and continued commitment to the community!
At the Gurnee Chamber of Commerce Luncheon earlier today @ The Ten Hotel and Convention Center, the Mayor of Gurnee presented to Brittane's Event Center @ Saratoga Square the 2026 "Pay It Forward" Award. This award recognized our commitment to giving back, supporting families, other small businesses, veterans, community organizations, as well as individuals who are in need of a helping hand. It is our mission to be an asset and a positive impact to the community in which we serve!!!
These awards mean a lot and we are grateful to be part of the Gurnee and Lake County community.

Things have been SOOOO busy here at Brittane's Event Center this 3rd Quarter, over 58 events since June. We had a number of Celebrations of Life, Sweet 16's ,Quinceaneras, a few Birthday Parties, Graduations, a number of Baby Showers, A Panhellenic Council Social, Monthly Networking Group, a Women Veterans Recognition Day Luncheon, a Wedding & Reception, a workshop for First-time home buyers and how to build better credit, a Tribute to Michael Jackson and Whitney Houston, with the highlight being a WWE Theme 10th Birthday party for the most amazing little guy! Enjoy the wonderful memories that were made at Brittane's Event Center from June through August!
