Its been a minute since I’ve posted! Ive been pretty busy this last little while. I spent a week in Wyoming gathering yearling cattle, saw some moose, my wife sent me pictures of my boy just to make me jealous, got home and started farming before i head up to Wyoming again next week!! September and October are super busy every year and barely give me anytime to cook! @ Gunnison, Utah

Thank you to UWM this year for a great event! We had so much fun cooking a full case of brisket and a full case of pork shoulders! I should lead off with the fact it was only a 2lbs chuck roast vs a 5lbs pork belly. 😅😅 These had amazing flavor and were super tender! I sauced the beef burnt ends with my homemade bourbon bbq sauce and the bacon burnt ends with my apricot bourbon bbq sauce!! Sliced them up with my new 10” santoku slicer!!

How about some reverse seared ribeye paired with sockeyed salmon for dinner!! 😍😍😍
I rubbed these LRA ribeyes with a little dijon mustard then threw down some Dia de la Fajita and Holy Gospel both by Meat Church. I threw down some gourmet lemon pepper by Meat church also. I made Nanny Suzie’s asparagus and some garlic mashed potatoes! Hands down amazing dinner!!
