Hello! I'll be sitting down with the dudes from WMNF's Grand National Championships this Wednesday around 10pm to discuss the closure of The Fuzz Factory, Fuzz Fest, and plans for the future! I'll also be playing a selection of tunes by my favorite touring acts that we were lucky enough to host. 88.5 FM - Please tune in!

Alright y'allz: As many of you know, The Fuzz Factory was shut down by Gulfport fire department and code monkeys earlier this month. As unfortunate as this is, it is an inherent part of running an underground venue, and we understand that. As a result of this, The Fuzz Factory will be closing its doors at the end of February. Fuzz has been around for nearly two years and I am very happy with what has been accomplished, especially at the current location. We have seen some truly amazing bands come through Fuzz. I am also glad that Fuzz was able to serve as a springboard for recently formed local acts as a rehearsal space and reliable venue.

I will continue to book great touring acts in St Pete and Tampa, but at other venues. Thank you for all of the support and make sure to keep supporting our local scene!

Hey! You like Fuzz? Want Fuzz to stay open? DUH YOU DO!
Please be aware that we will be charging a firm $8 admission for touring bands. It's quite inexpensive considering there are usually 4 bands on every bill, many of whom spend thousands of dollars to tour. This is necessary to ensure that touring bands are paid fairly and that Fuzz stays open. Doing a tour and running a venue are both expensive endeavors so please help out!
Locals-only shows will still be $5.
