It’s my job to make sure those ends are tied off and as much information as possible is included when I send out final confirmations & timelines to your venue and vendors alike.

ESPECIALLY if hired for coordinating because I am not a part of the planning process. (Though I should be 😉)

✨ FAQ: What exactly is Month-of Event Management?

You planned it. You chose the vendors.
You made the decisions.

Now somebody has to make sure it all actually works together. 👀

That’s where I comes in. Typically your management ends up being the last vendor chosen. (when in reality it should be one of, if not THE first)

Beginning approximately 6–8 weeks before your wedding, we step into the logistics. Reviewing your details, connecting with vendors, running red-flag analysis on contracts, confirming arrivals and setup, finalizing your floor plan, and creating the master wedding-day schedule that keeps everyone operating from the same plan.

We’re looking for missing pieces, asking the questions that haven’t been asked, and catching potential problems before they become wedding-day problems. Filling in all of the gaps that you don't see.

We’ll also coordinate your rehearsal so your wedding party knows exactly where to be, what to do, and what to expect.

Then, on your wedding day?

You’re no longer the point of contact. My team and I are.

Zenith oversees vendor arrivals, setup, timeline ex*****on, ceremony logistics, transitions, troubleshooting, guest experience, and breakdown (and generally we start remotely before even leaving our homes).

Because your mom shouldn’t be calling the caterer. Your Maid of Honor shouldn’t be hunting down the DJ. And you definitely shouldn’t be answering vendor questions in your wedding dress.

Month-of management isn’t someone showing up with a clipboard.

It’s handing over the logistics so you can stop managing your wedding and actually experience it. 🤍

This is own for the works! The amount of planning that went into this particular event at the resort was top-tier.
There’s always a hiccup, no matter how well planned.

BUT!

Nobody tells you that wedding logistics feels a lot like teaching a classroom.

Not because I’m giving lessons.
Because every single person learns differently.
