Tried something new, my first attempt at crab stuffed flounder and cod. The flounder is the one that's rolled and the cod is split. Fresh broccoli and leftover rice. Look how neat my flounder stays together when sliced like a swiss cake roll!

Trying to systematically eat everything in the freezers. These split chicken breasts were in there for a while so I brined them for a day and a half and roasted in the oven with potatoes, carrots and onion. I'll let you know if it was any good. Hope so, neighbors are coming over lol!
