The Chemistry of Cocktails

Annually on the 1st Sunday in November from 2-5pm we host Chemistry of Cocktails, our signature fundraising event. The public is invited to the Exploration Station, 867 Ramona Avenue in Grover Beach, to enjoy an afternoon of food, live music, fun activities, a silent auction, and cocktail tastings. Local mixologists from the area’s top restaurants and social gathering places will compete in a bart

ending competition, featuring an original cocktail concoction of their design. Local celebrity judges will be on hand to announce the top three cocktails judged by taste, originality and cutting edge molecular mixology techniques. All proceeds will benefit the Exploration Station’s educational programs which continue to create a culture of learning for people of all ages.
