We aren’t millionaires. We aren’t getting rich off every bouquet we make. And we definitely aren’t setting our prices high just because we can!

Flowers can be expensive for a reason! Think about everything it takes to grow one ☝🏼single flower from a tiny 🤏🏼 seed into something beautiful enough to be cut, cared for, shipped, designed, and finally placed into your hands. There is SO MUCH time, labor, care, and love behind something that may only last a few days. Because yes, flowers eventually die.

But look at what they do before they do!!! They make someone feel loved. They make someone feel remembered. They make someone feel celebrated. They make someone feel seen. They turn an ordinary day into something special. They bring comfort when words aren’t enough. They become part of birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, goodbyes, new babies, and some of life’s biggest moments.

You can’t put a price on those feelings. Money can buy a lot of things, but it sure can’t buy the feeling of walking into a room and seeing the flowers you dreamed about. It can’t buy the smile on someone’s face when they receive a vase of flowers. It can’t buy the memories those flowers become a part of.

Flowers may not last forever, BUTTTT the feelings they create do!🌷 So when you see the price of flowers, remember that you aren’t just paying for something that will eventually wilt. You’re paying for something that gets to be part of a moment that you’ll remember forever.

This bouquet just screams summer! ☀️💐 Designer Cori brought this colorful beauty to life with some yellow and buttercream sunflowers, hot pink roses, green mini hydrangeas, and so many more gorgeous blooms tucked all throughout 🫶🏼

This boutique truly is bright, happy, romantic, and FULL of personality! Every flower came together to create this perfect August bouquet🌻🌹🌿

This one was SO much fun to make, and honestly, it’s impossible to look at it without smiling!!! A little sunshine, a little romance, and a wholeeee lot of summer magic 💛💗💚

Did you know you DON’T actually toss your bridal bouquet?? Something a lot of brides don’t realize is that the bouquet you toss during the reception is usually a separate bouquet from your bridal bouquet!! 💐

Your bridal bouquet is usually much larger and heavier than a toss bouquet, so throwing the full bouquet into a crowd could (and probably would) hurt someone! 🙈🙈And there’s a pretty good chance it would get damaged in the process. (Did you see Taylor Swift’s toss bouquet at the end of the night? Yikes 😂) So if you’re planning to preserve your bouquet, the damage from tossing it could show in the final preservation and make it more difficult to preserve. Plus, you spent a lot of money on your bridal bouquet!! You don’t want to throw that beautiful bouquet across the dance floor and watch it get destroyed!

Another fun reason to have a toss bouquet is that whoever catches it can actually keep it! It gives someone a little piece of your wedding day to take home and enjoy, while you get to keep your actual bridal bouquet.

That’s where the toss bouquet comes in. It’s smaller, lighter, safer to throw, and lets your beautiful bridal bouquet stay beautiful for you to enjoy and preserve 💐😍🫶🏼 👍🏼

🗣️A little flower education for your feed today!! 🤓📚📖🗣️

Not all flowers are created equal, and where they come from can make a BIG difference! In this video, you can see the difference between a more commercially available stem vs the premium product we receive from our professional floral wholesaler. The difference in fullness, number of blooms, and overall health of the stems and foliage is EXTREMELY noticeable.

As florists, we carefully select our flowers from professional growers and wholesalers, then properly process and care for every single stem once it arrives at the shop. This gives our flowers the best possible start before they ever make it into one of our designs, and then eventually into your home.

So, when you see a difference in price between flowers from a grocery store and flowers from your local florist, this is one of many reasons. The quality of the product, how it was grown, how it was handled, and how long it is expected to last all play a part 💐👍🏼

Grocery store flowers definitely have their time and place, but as with most things, you get what you pay for! When you’re looking for fuller, healthier flowers that are properly cared for and designed to last, that’s where your local florist comes in 🫶🏼

Because let’s be real, pink is AMAZING! From soft blush, romantic rose tones to bold fuchsia and everything in between, there are SO MANY beautiful shades of pink and SO MANY gorgeous pink flowers to love! 🌸 Pink can be sweet, elegant, playful, classic, and everything in between. There truly is a pink bloom for everyone, even the people who swear they “don’t like pink” 😉

We will forever be obsessed with pink flowers and we will happily take all the pink blooms we can get! 💕🌷
