At BDH Catering Inc we are committed to making homemade, healthy and delicious food for you school's lunch program. Bringing a full catalog of proven recipes and innovative ideas, BDH Catering Inc offers selections such as Hormone Free Range Grilled Chicken, Petit Meatloaf Cups, Homemade Pad Thai and Chicken Shawarma just to name a few. BDH Catering Inc. meets the growing nutritional needs of all

members of your school community by serving whole grain breads, pastas and rices in our recipes. In addition to daily main entrees, we also pride ourselves on providing delicious alternative vegetarian and gluten free selections such as Whole Grain Pasta Primavera, Grilled Eggplant Foccacia Sandwiches or Spinach and Feta Quiche. Included daily we offer a wide variety of homemade soups including New England Clam Chowder, Chili, Butternut Squash and Beef Barley. We support our local growers by utilizing local seasonal produce when available which provides us with the best quality produce in all our dishes. We also can create a cold cut sandwich station featuring whole and multigrain breads and pitas with additional items such as homemade Chicken, Tuna and homemade Hummus served daily. Additionally, we will work with you to offer selections for individuals with specific dietary needs by offering nutritional analysis of all our recipes.
