There is nothing quite like an intimate wedding.

Are the tables fully set yet? No. Am I too impatient to wait? Yes!

I needed to head to another gig before the florists were able to finish their thing, but I’m already in love with this jewel toned theme wedding on this couple’s gorgeous sprawling property. We focused on goblets in shades of blue, green, and violet, and China with floral patterns highlighting the same colors.

I’m not sure I’ll ever get over this branding shoot Mary-Jo | Brand & Lifestyle Photographer did for me.

Every part of this table setting screams my personality. That’s one of the hardest things about owning your own business and being the creative designer - it’s a reflection of yourself in so many ways - so it’s hard not to take things personally.

In these photos, you will find evidence of my multifaceted personality.
💪🏼crafts(wo)manship via the table I built
👵 love of old things via the lace runners and doilies, vintage plates and depression era goblets
💐love of florals via the napkins, top plates, bud vases & arrangement by Bloom & Gather Floral Design and Event Planning
✨appreciation for new things that give a nod to old with my white plates with embossed detail - these ones come from my Eloise line (after my loved dog 🐾)

It’s so special to me that I get to participate in your special occasions with the rentals I provide and admire so much. Thanks for letting me play with pretty things 🥰

There’s something about blue goblets that make me feel all warm and fuzzy. I love that they added just the right touch to this bridal shower theme.

There’s something to be said about imagination, vision, and teamwork when it comes to a tablescape. 🤝

I thought it would be eye opening to show the comparison of how a table turns out versus some of the less than ideal photos I may send along the way. While it’s something I’ve learned looks better as a flat lay than a true mock table setting, clients often have to trust the creative vision and ability of their vendors.

The finished product is always so beautiful, and can’t be made possible without the dinnerware rentals AND planning, flowers and linens… that’s what’s really brings it all together.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again- I love a fun trend. Thought I would give the “kinda chic” trend a try. How did I do?

I’m constantly amazed at the different tablescapes that come from some of the same pieces. It’s such a beautiful thing. I also recently discovered a creator who is now part of the list of people I aspire to be like. Jacquelyn Reese Linens - incredible stuff!

Every event is different and special, and I’m so lucky I get to make them so. My rentals are versatile and the possibilities are endless!

Did a fun photo shoot this week with Mary-Jo | Photographer

I genuinely loved the experience more than I would have imagined! Can’t wait to see the professional photos!

I got my makeup professionally done by Asil Dawod | Bridal Makeup Artist | Metro Detroit and honestly never felt prettier! And I saved myself the headache of making a mediocre arrangement and used Bloom & Gather Floral Design and Event Planning

Thank you Michigan Greenhouse Wedding & Event Venue | Garden & Farm Space for letting us use your ceremony space!

PS- these tables are available to rent at Westcroft!

More to come!!

French Country Blues 💙 I call this plate mix “Charlotte.”

📣 Also, introducing to you my “Maxine” drinkware line. They are made in Italy, have timeless ribbed details, and beautifully intentional floral stems. I literally swoon over these, and hope you do too!

It was a pleasure to meet and work with these creators 🤗

*second photo is taken by me, so don’t blame Meagan for the lack of photographic artfulness.

Love me a good documentary lol. Would you watch mine?

In all seriousness, it’s a privilege to be providing rentals that make a person’s celebration that much better!

One thing about me - I love an ✨ARRAY✨

A flat lay spread of the overall color scheme and tablescape look is my favorite way to show examples of what I would pull for your specific rentals. It’s far less boring and far more aesthetic than a mock table setting against a studio wall.

These are some of my favorites. What do you think?

Sarah and I met because she offered to help me figure out how to host a w**e tasting. 🤝

No prior relationship, no knowing how each other works. We jumped into working together over the shared excitement of what could be under this gorgeous wisteria at Westcroft. 🌱

We met up a couple times; talked things over and came up with a mood board and mockup. But we really WORKED TOGETHER and learned to trust each others’ abilities, work ethic, and vision. 🤩

In this industry, it can often feel like we are a one woman show. Many of us like our own control and vision, but nothing really gets done truly alone. It was honestly so lovely to work together and see that we can lean on one another to make a good idea truly great. These are raw moments that show how we learn to collaborate and also build one another up.

Also for a magical moment… over a year ago I saw the Wisteria and said I needed to have a party under it. Talk about manifestation… ✨✨
