Our house welcomed the New Year in with the nasty bug that’s been going around and knocked me off my feet for a good bit. But I’m finally feeling better and HAD to take some time to show gratitude for such an epic year! It was filled with so much love, joy, and fun. Cheers to you, 2025! Let’s get it, 2026!

Happy Thanksgiving! A few little friends joined me for a makedo workshop at to make some “gratitude turkeys” and then evolved into float making so we ended with a mini Thanksgiving parade! In the spirit of gratitude turkeys, I am so thankful for my family, who love and support me no matter how chaotic things may get; they are my reason for everything and my home. 💕 I am also thankful to have had the opportunities to be a part of so much celebration this past year! Every single call I’ve answered, from face painting to photo booths to simple balloon deliveries, has been an honor and a pleasure. 💗

Happy Veterans Day!

Today and every day, I am so thankful for the brave men and women who have served our country - including my husband, who served 5 years in the Army and completed a tour in Afghanistan.

I’m proud and grateful to know so many who have served or are still currently serving— my brother, my brother-in-law, several cousins, and countless friends. Their dedication and sacrifice mean so much.

In honor of them, Kid & Play offers a year-round military discount as a small gesture of gratitude.
